The White River
The White River is the closest river to the Float Eureka office in Eureka Springs (just 10-15 minutes away), and it is floatable all season! There are multiple put-in and take-out points on the White River, so you can choose to spend a full day on the water with a 5 or 8 mile float or just go on a short trip with a great 3 mile option. We'll help you load up your boats at Float Eureka and arrange a shuttle with a third party if you don't have a second vehicle, or we may be able to provide an on-site shuttle service for additional charge with a partner organization where you get a ride to and from the river along with your boats!

Dam Site Park to Bertrand Launch Ramp (3 mile float)
A nice, short float that can be finished in as little as an hour or as long as three hours depending on your pace and whether the dam is generating. With great fishing, beautiful scenery, and easy access to town, this is a terrific option for a short morning or afternoon float, if you don't want to spend the entire day out on the water.
Access our trip guides on the right-hand side of the page for all the info you'll need for a great adventure!
Bertrand Launch Ramp to Houseman Access (5 mile float)
An even lower and slower stretch of the river, bring your fishing pole because the pools get deeper and the river gets wider as it begins to back up into Table Rock Lake. Like the upper stretch, the water stays clear and cold year-long. A bit longer float if you’d like to relax and spend more time on the water.
Float both of the above sections back-to-back from Dam Site Park to Houseman Access for a full-day 8 mile float on the White River that covers some beautiful scenery and terrific fishing habitat.
