Beaver Lake - Beaver Dam Park

10-15 minutes away

Enjoy the area around Beaver Dam or explore a few of the 487 miles of shoreline on this beautiful deep-water lake. Beaver Lake is an ideal location to stand up paddleboard, and kayaking on Beaver Lake while catching some sun is a ton of fun. Relax on the shore, bring the fishing pole, pack a lunch and set up at picnic table on one of the many recreational sites that border the lake. Bring a combination of kayaks, canoes, and stand up paddleboards to mix-and-match, try out different boats, and have even more fun! The Army Corps of Engineers may require payment of a $5 day-use fee depending on the specific site you choose.

Beaver Lake - Hogscald Hollow

20 minutes away

Folks have been coming to Hogscald Hollow for hundreds (if not thousands!) of years to enjoy the nature beauty of this area. This is where the locals go to visit Beaver Lake. Be prepared to drive several miles down an Arkansas gravel road and maybe miss a turn or two along the way, but once you arrive, the destination will be worth the journey.  Gorgeous bluffs, water-dependent waterfalls, and an abundance of natural scenery characterize this remote area.
