Local Love Letters: Sparky’s Cafe & Roadhouse

There are some restaurants that just feel like a home away from home when you’re eating out. Those are the spots that tend to end up in our regular rotation of go-to watering holes after spending a day out on the water. Sparky’s Cafe & Roadhouse is a real community spot with a big menu - one of the best places places to eat in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

Located on highway 62 just a few minutes from the Float Eureka office, Sparky’s has great indoor and outdoor seating options. It’s a great restaurant for groups because there’s parking a a bunch of space. We’re partial to the big outdoor porch, where you can come as you are after a day floating the White River or paddleboarding out at Beaver Lake.

One thing we love about Sparky’s is that it’s got great burgers AND great vegetarian options! There is truly something for everyone, and the margaritas really hit the spot after a day on the water! They also have a nice draft beer list. Some personal favorites are the guacamole burger, the black and blue burger, and the falafel pita sandwich. Pro tip: ask for spicy seasoning on your fries for a little extra oomph!

Sparky's Roadhouse Cafe is more than just a restaurant; it is a haven for locals and visitors alike seeking an extraordinary, casual dining experience. We hope you’ll love the warm ambiance and tantalizing menu as much as we do! In short, Sparky's embodies the essence of great food, community, and heartfelt hospitality. If you’re looking for a place to eat in Eureka Springs, we recommend checking them out!
